DIFFERENT LOOKS...

The various looks that a girl can have are:

1.Appetising Apples

Pair your top with some nice dark skinny-leg jeans (to show off your nicely shaped legs) and a fitted blazer. The great thing about this combo is that it can be manipulated easily depending on season. I’ve pictured a great look for fall/winter with riding boots to team up over your jeans and nice scarf for some colour, but if you’re in spring/summer (like we are here in Australia) grab some ballet flats and some long layered necklaces instead.

2.Intriguing Inverted Triangles
Whip out some wow-factor by teaming your top with some chic cargoes. To balance out your shoulders/bust roll up the hem of your pants and pop on some flats. This brings the eye down your body and the pockets on your cargoes give great detailing. If its a bit brisk outside you can pair this look with a slouchy beanie and scarf. I chose white in this picture to help balance out the deeper and darker hues of the olive green and navy.

3.Pretty Pears
Blue is one of the primary colours so pairing it up with it’s partners yellow and red always goes down well. It’s a classic 3-colour rule scenario. I chose an A-line skirt for this ensemble in a plain colour. The stripes of the top will draw the up up as long as the bottom half is minimalistic. Then, because I have a large section of yellow in this look, the accessories are navy and red to help keep things equal.

4.Heavenly Hourglasses

Brown is a perfect partner to navy and white. With curves like yours, grab some 70′s flare high-waisted jeans, a thick belt and a cute hat. Keep your hair loose and wavy under the hat to maintain your feminine feel and voila! Because your curves are in all the right places the flares and the stripes work perfectly with each other to keep your body’s balance. A word of caution – be mindful of where the hem of your jeans sits. If it sits too high your entire look falls apart and your legs look stunted. Keep the hem skimming (not on) the ground, slightly above is better, but only a 1cm at most.

5.Ravishing Rulers
Everybody knows I’m partial to a bit of tough chic. And you, my lovely rulers, work the coloured jean like no other. To work this look, pair red skinny jeans with your top and then accentuate with leather, such as a leather jacket and some combat or biker boots. This is a great weekend look to try. The bold colour and the pattern up top acts like the flares and stripes do for the hourglass – it maintains your body’s balance.
